Apple Recommendation does not enabled iPad 3 And iphone 4 blur effect ...

But if you have Jailbroken iPad 3 or iphone 4 you Can easily istall a tweak(BlurEnabler) from cydia to enable Apple's genuine blur Effect on iPad 3 and iphone 4.

                    HOW TO INSTALL THIS TWEAK.

First you need to add this Source on Cydia http://cydia.jerryen.com/ . and Search for this Tweak ( BlurEnabler ). after install you will got Blur Effects. 

Note Please:this tweak only Enable blur effects where apple recommended in iPhone 4s - 6

and iPad 4 - iPad air 2.        For iOS 8 * users : this tweak is not tested on iOS 8 but you can install it for Check ....maybe it work on iOS 8.x.x
