DOWNLOAD TAIG 1.0 TO JAILBREAK IOS 8.1.1, IOS 8.2 BETA

HOW TO JAILBREAK IOS 8.1.1, IOS 8.2 BETA USING TAIG

Some important points before you proceed:

  • Compatible with all devices running on iOS 8.0 – iOS 8.1.1
  • New firmware (iOS 8.1.1 & iOS 8.2 beta)

Notes
  • Back up any and all personal information using iCloud or iTunes.
  • Disable any Anti-virus programs or firewalls on your computer that could prevent TaiG from connecting to the internet.
  • Turn off the lock screen passcode, and Find My iPhone in settings app .
Strongly recommended: You’d better restore the device to a new firmware before the jailbreak, which can greatly avoid some unexpected errors occur. If repeated attempts fail, please download the latest firmware for restoring and try again
Steps:
Step 1: Download the latest version of TaiG jailbreak from our (Click Here To Download TaiG) on your computer, and unzip the zip file.
Step 2: Connect iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to your computer using the USB cable.
Step 3: Disable Passcode from Settings app > Touch ID & Passcode.
Step 4: Also turn off Find my iPhone from Settings app > iCloud > Find my iPhone.
Step 5: Launch the TaiG application as an Administrator on Windows. Right click on the TaiG exe and select the “Run as Administrator” option.
Step 6: TaiG will take some time to detect your device. Once you confirm that it is showing the correct firmware version, deselect the TaiG App Store (the one in Chinese), just below Cydia 1.1.16.
Step 7: Click on the green jailbreak button to proceed. You will see the circular progress bar.
Step 8: After the jailbreak is complete, your device will reboot automatically, and you should should see the Cydia icon on the Home screen.
If you hit these error codes in jailbreaking, then you need to know their meaning:
Error 1001 – the device is disconnected
This code indicates that the connection between your device and the computer is disconnected in the jailbreak process. Do not carry out any operation in the jailbreak process, keep the device connected. Recommend using a genuine usb cable。
1002 – device is password protected
This shows that the lockscreen passcode not be disabled, go to Settings -> Touch ID -> Passcode.
1003 – Program data is destroyed
Redownload the lastest TaiG jailbreak, or replace a stable network environment.
1004 – jailbreak failed
This failure caused by device itself, we recommend that turn off all background apps and try again, or if not, please restore your device with a new firmware.
1005 – Find My iPhone feature still opened
Please turn it off in Settings -> iCould -> Find My iPhone.
1006 – the device is jailbroken
Do not re-jailbreak your device.
1007 – device is not activated
Please activate the device before jailbreaking.
